Welcome to Vinly (“Vinly”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website https://vinly.com.au.

1. Nature of the platform
Vinly is currently a membership-based platform designed to:

Users are not able to:

2. Future services

- Enable connections between users and third-party sellers
If and when this occurs:
- Any sale of alcohol will be conducted solely by the relevant winery or licensed seller
That party will be fully responsible for:
- Pricing
- Compliance with liquor licensing laws
- Payment processing
- Fulfilment and delivery
Vinly will not be the seller of record unless explicitly stated otherwise in updated terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
By using Vinly, you confirm that:
- You are of legal drinking age in Australia
- All information you provide is accurate and current
4. Membership & user information
When joining Vinly, you may provide:

- Budget or purchasing behaviour indicators
You agree that:

5. No transactions or commercial obligations
At this stage:

- Vinly does not facilitate contracts between users and wineries

If Vinly introduces third-party winery partnerships:
- Vinly acts only as a facilitator of discovery or introduction

Vinly is not responsible for:

- Delivery or logistics
- Legal compliance of third-party providers
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
